Important information for those taking the test for the first time or upgrading
1) The Person(s) needing DXCC Cards Checked will need to be able to logging to the ARRL.org website. That will require them to register a Username and PASSWORD to do so:
2) After gaining access to the website, they will need to go to the Online DXXCC Forms Page at this link: ARRL's Online DXCC : They can go straight to this link and REGISTER as well, if they are not ARRL Members
3) Once on the new page, they will need to follow the prompts on the page or just simply click on the ENTER QSL TAB. This will bring up a click type line they the QSL Cards to be checked will be entered. ALL of the QSL information MUST be entered and the DXCC Country shown must be correct.
4) An entry needs to be made for EACH DXCC Card to be checked!
5) Once all of the QSL Cards have been entered, the person(s) have the Option of Prepaying for the ARRL Service (I HIGHLY recommend this), or they can write a check, made payable to the ARRL, for the TOTAL amount due.
6) The form then needs to be PRINTED OUT
7) An envelope needs to be Pre-Labeled to the ARRL ADDRESS shown on the page, and it needs to be STAMPED.
8) From that point, the Form, Cards and proof of payment needs to be kept together until such a time that they have me check the cards.
9) VERY Important: When presenting the card package to me to be checked, the cards MUST be in order as they are listed on the form, this makes the process much faster.
10) Lastly, once I have completed the card checking process, I will place the printed form in the pre-labeld and stamped envelope that they must provide, and I will mail the envelope. This is done to insure the authenticity of the process.
